With my party photography, I try to capture more than just a pretty smile. I am trying to express a certain vision, a certain point of view. Parties are my favorite things to shoot. Ironically, however, parties intimidate me, but behind the lens of a camera, I am safe - an involved observer. I prefer candid moments of energy, beauty, youth, joy, love, and loneliness, moments which are caught in the flash and then returned to darkness.
I am simply a glorified wallflower.
Lately I've discovered a fondness for portraiture, and in addition to my roaming photography, I have a brand new mobile "photobooth" available.
Would you rather experience your party firsthand than live it through a tiny viewfinder or LCD screen? Then leave the photography to me & enjoy yourself. You can have roaming photos or a photobooth, or - if you're feeling particularly indulgent - you can have both. I am also available for other photographic services, such as fashion shoots & headshots. Please contact me for details & rates (I promise they are quite reasonable) because, after all, it's your party & you should be making the candid moments, not trying to capture them.
