I hope everyone's holiday went well today. I had the pleasure of spending it in Silver Lake, where I dreamed on a sunny patio and ate a homemade Croque Madame. In the evening I attended a sort of happening - I guess you could call it - entitled Public Release!!* in Echo Park. I decided to set up a gallery in my station wagon. I sold two (reject) prints for $5.00 each, and I traded another for a button (and friendship, as ephemeral as it may have been). I only wish I weren't so tremendously shy - I could have been much more involved.
Next time.
I am going to Europe for two months in October. I have a ticket, I just need a bit of extra money for food and museum admission.
